Dr. Hafizah is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEP) of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She is currently the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship and Creativity Learning Programme at UKM. She is also the Head of the Emerging Technology and Big Data research cluster (GloBDE) at FEP UKM. At the present time, she is specially hired as an Adjunct/Visiting Professor to Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. She previously worked as an Executive Manager for Telekom Malaysia Berhad, where she oversaw Sales and Media Data Analytics. She has a Ph.D. in Marketing, with a focus on advertising and branding, from the University of Malaya (UM), an MBA in Human Resource Management from UKM, and a degree in Multimedia Management from Multimedia University (MMU). Her research and publications focus on advertising, branding, digital marketing, and digital business. She is an expert in the Quantitative Experimental Research Method in Marketing, but is also a good lead in the Survey Research Method. Some of her impressive achievements include the Harvard Business School Scholarship Awards (2012), Apple Teacher Awards (2021), Excellent Service Awards (APC) (2022), and MyRA Research Innovation Awards (2023).
