Biografi/ Biography :
Dr Hasimi Yaacob is associate professor in Governance Resilience & Accountability Center (GRACE), Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He has published in a number of scholarly journals such as International Journal of Management Studies, International Journal of Innovation, Creativity and Change, Asian Journal of Accounting and Governance, Jurnal Pengurusan, The Journal of Social Sciences Research, Advanced Science Letters, International Journal of Economic Research, Polish Journal of Management Studies and others. Previously, he is the Editor of the Jurnal Pengurusan, published by UKM publisher. He also a reviewer for few international refereed journals, including the Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research, International Journal of Economics, Management and Accounting and others. Hasimi has taught courses mainly in corporate finance, international financial management, investment management and business research method. His research and publication interests focus on firms’ level analysis, which covers corporate finance, corporate governance, merger and acquisition and investment. He had secured national grants from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and Ministry of Education.
