Dr Tan Hui Jan completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate training in medicine in UKM. Following that, she pursued her neurology training in Australia. She is currently the head neurology unit, UKM and is actively involved in the teaching and training of internal medicine and neurology. She has a keen interest in epilepsy research and has authored many articles in the related fields of neurology.
