Biografi/ Biography :
Associate Professor Dr. Rozilawati Razali is a senior academic at the Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a specialist in Software Engineering. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, UK, and more than 25 years of professional experience in both academia and industry, she has developed deep expertise in Requirements Engineering, Empirical Software Engineering, Software Management, and Information Security Management.
Dr. Rozilawati has held various academic and administrative roles at UKM, including Director of the UKM ICT Centre and Deputy Dean for both Academic and Research & Innovation. Her career is marked by extensive research contributions, with numerous publications in indexed journals and international proceedings. She has also led and contributed to multiple nationally funded research projects and served as a consultant for various government and industry initiatives.
Her professional certifications include advanced credentials from prominent Software Engineering boards namely ISTQB (CTFL, CTFL-Agile, CTFL-Usability, CTAL-Test Management & CTAL-Security) and IREB (CPRE), and she actively participates in national and international committees related to Software Engineering standards and ICT development. Dr. Rozilawati continues to advance the field through research, teaching, and service, shaping digital transformation and software practices both within and beyond academia.
