Che Radziah Che Mohd Zain memulakan kerjaya sebagai pensyarah di Pusat Pengajian Biosains dan Bioteknologi Fakulti Sains & Teknologi, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) pada Disember 2005. Beliau mengendalikan Pengajaran dan Penyelidikan yang berkaitan dengan bidang Sains Tumbuhan seperti Fisiologi tumbuhan, Kultur tisu tumbuhan dan Biologi Molekul tumbuhan. Merupakan penyelaras Makmal Bioteknologi Tumbuhan (MBT) Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi bermula tahun 2013 sehingga kini. Beliau adalah auditor Audit Kualiti Dalaman Bersepadu SPKPPPS MS ISO 9001:2015 UKM bermula tahun 2016 sehingga kini. Beliau juga dilantik sebagai panel HiCoe oleh Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi dari tahun 2017 sehingga kini.
