  •    Biografi/ Biography :

  • Dr.Aniza is currently a Medical Lecturer at Medical Faculty UKM, Public Health Medicine Consultant ,PPUKM Clinical Pathway Coordinator and Clinical Fellowship in Quality and Patient Safety in healthcare Coordinator . Her main interests are public health, health management, quality of care and health economics. As a clinical pathway expert, she has delivered lectures, talks, workshops and engaged as a consultant to numerous universities, hospitals and agencies locally and abroad.She has supervised more than 100 postgraduate students since 2006 and involved in more than 100 research projects. She has published about 100 full articles (80 indexed with WOS/ESCI and Scopus) and has presented papers in conferences, symposiums and workshops both local and international. She also has published 5 books and book chapters.She is actively involved in undergraduate and post graduate activities locally and internationally and was appointed as visiting professor to Universitas Sumatera Utara, Indonesia (USU) in 2021 to 2022 and adjunct Professor from 2023-2024. She was appointed as external thesis reader for local and international universities. She has vast experience in research, community programs, conferences, forums and exchange students with the local and international higher learning institutions i.e UM, USM, UPM, University of Brunei Darussalam, Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Universitas Hassanuddin, Universitas Andalas and Naseruan University, Thailand.
    She also collaborated in research and community programs with Ministry Of Health Malaysia, Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA), Majlis Kanser Nasional (MAKNA), KPJ and community associations. At Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM) she is a training committee Chairman and member of steering committee of Malaysian Society Quality in Health (MSQH), member of Clinical Pathway Cluster of Konsortium Hospital Awam Malaysia (KHUAM) Ministry of higher Education Malaysia, member and treasurer of Asia Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) and she is also ex assistant secretary and a member of the Malaysian Public Health Association, a treasurer for Malaysian Health Economics Association (MAHEA).Dr Aniza is the founder and chairman for local NGO Kumpulan Mawar Kasih since 2012 that engaged in activities assisting the wellbeing of B40 families in Bandar Baru Bangi. Previously, she is the former head of muslimat in her residential community.
