   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Dr. Chai-Eng Tan joined the Department of Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as a lecturer since 2011. Her special interests are in community palliative care, domiciliary care / home health care, and health education. Her research experience includes questionnaire development and validation, as well as qualitative studies. She enjoys trying out new methods for teaching, including online learning, and is a strong advocate for palliative care. She was also previously the advisor for Hospital Tuanku Canselor Muhriz Home Care Unit and regularly conducts multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for patients receiving Home Care services. She enjoys music, art and motivational quotes.
