   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Saya memulakan perkhidmatan di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia sebagai pensyarah sementara dan mendapat ijazah Doktor Falsafah pada tahun 2017. Sekarang saya memegang jawatan Ketua Program Sains Sekitaran (15 Januari 2022 hingga 14 Januari 2025) juga seorang penyelaras program Sarjana Sains (Penilaian dan Pemantauan Persekitaran) secara kerja kursus (1 Julai 2018-14 Januari 2022) di Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi. Penyelidikan saya adalah berkenaan dengan pencemaran alam sekitar. Fokus penyelidikan terkini adalah mengenai pencemaran mikroplastik. Selain itu, pemantauan, penilaian dan pemodelan bahan antropogenik daripada kawasan pertanian serta menerokai potensi bahan yang mesra alam untuk dijadikan pestisid seperti penggunaan bahan alelokimia dalam pertanian turut masih dijalankan. Saya telah menerima beberapa geran penyelidikan berkenaan projek pemodelan pestisid dari kawasan pertanian dan projek plastik mikro daripada geran kementerian, industri dan universiti. Saya juga merupakan rakan penyelidik dalam geran antarabangsa. Saya ingin menerajui penyelidikan yang melibatkan teknologi hijau demi memastikan keselamatan dan kesihatan manusia terjamin.
    I commenced my tenure at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as a temporary lecturer before completing my Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2017. Presently, I serve as the Head of the Environmental Science Program from January 15, 2022, to January 14, 2025. Furthermore, I fulfill the role of coordinator for the Master of Science program in Environmental Assessment and Monitoring, operating on a contractual basis from July 1, 2018, to January 14, 2022, within the Faculty of Science and Technology. My scholarly pursuits are primarily centered around environmental pollution, with a recent emphasis on microplastic pollution. Moreover, my endeavors extend to the monitoring, evaluation, and modeling of anthropogenic substances originating from agricultural areas. I also explore the potential of environmentally friendly substances for pesticide applications, exemplified by my investigation into allelochemicals in agriculture. Throughout my career, I have secured numerous research grants, including projects focusing on pesticide modeling in agricultural regions and microplastic studies, sourced from governmental, industrial, and institutional avenues. Additionally, I hold the esteemed position of research fellow within an international grant. My aspirations are directed towards spearheading research endeavors in green technology, with a steadfast commitment to ensuring human safety and well-being.
