Biografi/ Biography :
Profesor Dr. Azimatun Noor Aizuddin merupakan seorang Doktor Perubatan terlatih yang memperolehi Ijazah Sarjana dan PhD dalam Perubatan Masyarakat. Beliau merupakan Pakar Perunding Kesihatan Awam di Jabatan Perubatan Kesihatan Awam di Fakulti Perubatan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia selain daripada sebagai Ketua Pusat Antarabangsa Casemix dan Pengekodan Klinikal, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Kepakaran beliau adalah dalam bidang kesihatan awam atau masyarakat serta sub-bidang pembiayaan kesihatan, ekonomi kesihatan, pengurusan kesihatan dan hospital termasuk pengurusan data kesihatan. Beliau adalah Penyelaras Fellowship Klinikal bagi Kod Klinikal dan Casemix, Pembiayaan Kesihatan di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia dan telah melatih beberapa pakar kesihatan awam klinikal dari Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dan pensyarah universiti. Beliau telah menyelia lebih 30 orang pelajar PhD dan Doktor Kesihatan Awam (DrPH), lebih 50 orang pelajar sarjana dan lebih 20 orang pelajar sarjana klinikal dan doktor falsafah selain turut dilantik sebagai penyelia luar untuk lebih daripada 5 orang pelajar PhD, Kedoktoran dan Sarjana. Beliau juga telah melatih beratus-ratus doktor dan pengekodan klinikal dalam International Coding of Diseases (ICD) 10, 9CM dan 11. Beliau juga merupakan bekas penolong editor International Journal of Public Health Research (IJPHR) dan penilai artikel beberapa jurnal tempatan dan antarabangsa. Beliau telah menerbitkan lebih daripada 10 buku atau bab buku dan lebih daripada 80 artikel dalam jurnal di dalam dan luar negara dan telah membentangkan lebih daripada 80 kertas kerja dan prosiding di dalam dan luar negara. Di samping itu, beliau adalah ahli beberapa Jawatankuasa Penasihat Teknikal Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia seperti Jawatankuasa Penasihat Teknikal Penilaian Ekonomi Teknologi Kesihatan (TACHTEE); Jawatankuasa Penasihat Teknikal untuk Casemix; Ahli Jawatankuasa Teknikal bagi Pelaksanaan ICD11; Penilai Luar untuk Lembaga Kajian Saintifik (SRB), Institut Penyelid
Professor Dr. Azimatun Noor Aizuddin is a trained Medical Doctor, earned a Master`s and PhD in Community Medicine. She is a Public Health Consultant and currently the Head of the International Centre for Casemix and Clinical Coding, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, National University of Malaysia, in as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Health Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Malaysia. Her expertise is on health financing, health economics, health and hospital management and health data management. She is the Clinical Coding and Casemix, Health Financing Clinical Fellowship Coordinator in National University of Malaysia and has trained a few of clinical public health specialists from Ministry of Health Malaysia and university lecturers. She has supervised more than 30 PhD and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) students, more than 50 masters students and more than 20 clinical masters and doctorate students besides also appointed as external supervisor for more than 5 PhD, Doctorate and Masters students. She has also trained hundreds of doctors and clinical coders in International Coding of Diseases (ICD) 10, 9CM and 11. She is also a former assistant editor of the International Journal of Public Health Research (IJPHR) and reviewer of a few journals locally and internationally. She has published more than 10 books or a books’ chapters and more than 80 papers locally and abroad and has presented more than 80 papers and proceedings locally and abroad. In addition, she is a member of a few Ministry of Health Malaysia Technical Advisory Committee such as a Technical Advisory Committee Health Technologies Economic Evaluation (TACHTEE); Technical Advisory Committee for Casemix; Technical Committee Members for ICD11 Implementation; External Reviewer for Scientific Review Board (SRB), Institute for Health System Research; formal Reviewer for Public Health Specialist National Specialist Registry Continuous Professional Development point; Honorary Secretary of the Health Economics Associ
