Biografi/ Biography :
Dr. Faiz Daud received his MBBS from the International Islamic University Malaysia and obtained Masters in Public Health from University of Sydney. He also holds an MBA and DrBA. Currently he is an academic at Department of Public Health Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, The National University of Malaysia. He held various administrative posts including Coordinator of Year 5 undergraduate, Module Coordinator Medicine & Society Year 3 and Personal & Professional Advancement Module. He has great passion for research and was awarded with several industrial grants. He published international papers and a best seller entitled Organizational Behavior: The Way Forward. His research interest includes health promotion, organizational behaviour, human resource management and business innovation in healthcare. In attempts to link the healthcare and business world, his recent study includes understanding the perception and acceptance of private clinical specialist towards a comprehensive compensation package which would pave way for a sustainable healthcare model.
