Biografi/ Biography :
Dr. Faiz Daud received his MBBS from the International Islamic University Malaysia and obtained Masters in Public Health from University of Sydney. He also holds an MBA and currently is an academic at Department of Public Health Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, The National University Malaysia. He held various administrative posts including Coordinator of Year 5 undergraduate; Module Coordinator Medicine & Society III (Year 3) and Module Coordinator for Personal and Professional Development Module. He has great passion for research and was awarded with several national and industrial grants. He has published international papers and presented at both national & international conferences. His research interest include health promotion, human resource management, organizational behaviour and business innovation in healthcare. In attempts to link the healthcare and business world, his recent study includes understanding the perception and acceptance of medical specialist in private sector towards a comprehensive compensation package which would pave way forward for a sustainable healthcare model.
