Dr. Rashan Shah received education especially in entrepreneurship in many countries. He received first degree in Osaka University, Japan,MBA from UPM, Study for PhD in France and Spain in the field of entrepreneurship education. He is a multilingual speaker especially in Japanese and Spanish. He also attend few profesional certified courses in entrepreneurship from Malaysia, SIT( US) and India. He is a certified entrepreneurship trainer by MoHE and KPDNHEP. Before joining academic he work in Japan multinational company where he was in charge in strategic planning for the whole company. Then he join the marketing department. He have experiences in many field such as electronic, electrical , factory automation and automotive. The sales account that he was in charge was beyond 7 digit Ringgit Malaysia every month until he left to join academic. He have high passion in teaching. Beside university he also volunteer to teach entrepreneurship and strategic planning related topic to primary school students, indigenous people ( orang asli ) especially Tok Batin and entrepreneurs. He was also invited as guest lecturer to embassy and few university in Spain fully sponsored to give training in entrepreneurship.
