   Biografi/ Biography :
  • Dr. Jumril Yunas obtained his Ph.D. in 2008 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in MEMS (MicroElectroMechanical System) devices and technology and Dipl.-Ing./MSc. in 1997 from the University of Technology RWTH Aachen in Germany in semiconductor technology. Dr. Jumril Yunas is currently working as associate professor at the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics-UKM. His research interest is in microelectromechanical system and nanoelectronics and their engineering applications, such as microsensors and actuators for biomedical engineering, and Lab-on-Chip. He has 4 patents and published more than 100 research papers.
