Biografi/ Biography :
My research focuses on clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, and evidence synthesis in pharmacotherapy. The overarching aim is to improve dose individualisation and make drug therapy safer and more effective. I work across both experimental and computational approaches — developing bioanalytical assays with HPLC and applying modelling and simulation to explore pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. I use tools such as MATLAB, R, NONMEM, and Monolix in my work.
Much of my current research looks at anticoagulants, immunoglobulin G, oncology, and vitamin D. I’ve also published more than 15 systematic reviews and meta-analyses in pharmacotherapy, reflecting my interest in using evidence synthesis to guide practice.
Beyond academia, I continue to practice as a community pharmacist, which helps me bridge research and teaching with everyday clinical realities.
