Mohammad Rashed Iqbal Faruque is an Associate Professor at Space Science Centre of the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). From July 2000 to until 2007, he worked as a lecturer at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Chittagong, He has authored or co-authored approximately 350 referred journals, 23 book chapters and 78 conference papers. His research interests include the antenna, RF, electromagnetic field and propagation, FDTD analysis, electromagnetic radiation, metamaterials applications and electromagnetic compatibility. Dr. Rashed currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the Current Electronics and Telecommunications Journal, Associate Editor of Frontiers in Materials, Lead guest editor in Materials, MDPI and some other famous journal as a editorial board member. His current H-Index 34 and Total citations are 4182 (Source: Scopus). He is a member of the Applied Computational Electromagnetic Society (ACES) IEEE and ACS Photonic Society.
Research Interests: Metamaterials, Nanomaterials, RF, EM wave & Propagation, EM radiation, EMC compatibility, Materials Synthesis & characterization.
