Prof. Madya Dr. Rosmina Jaafar is a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrical, Electronics & Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronic & Systems Engineering from UKM, which she obtained in 2009, MSc in Electronics (Medical Systems) from University of Hertfordshire, UK and B. Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, USA. Her research interests lie in biomedical engineering, with specific focus on biosignal processing, medical imaging, medical informatics, and medical electronics & instrumentation. Dr. Rosmina Jaafar’s work contributes significantly to the field of biomedical engineering and healthcare research. Her expertise spans clinical and health sciences, with a focus on medical molecular biology and data analytics. She is actively involved in advancing our understanding of various health-related aspects. Recently she encompassed equine assisted activities that benefit many people who are involved in the activities.
