   Biografi :
  • my research focuses mainly in aquatic animal health, including disease surveillance, pathogen detection, therapy, diseases control and prevention using molecular approach. our research team focuses in marine bacterium, particularly vibrio sp. as well as fish and shrimp viruses (grouper nervous necrosis virus; macrobrachium rosenbergii nodavirus) as model pathogen. we are currently utilizing synthetic biology approach in virus functional genomic study, to manipulate virus genome for vaccine development. we are also working on synthetic biocompounds as prophylactic and therapeutic agents for virus infection in marine fish and freshwater prawn.
