   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Bertugas sebagai Pensyarah Kanan di Jabatan Perubatan Kecemasan, Fakulti Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Memulakan kerjaya sebagai Pembantu Perubatan di beberapa buah hospital di Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia termasuk Hospital Kuantan, Hospital Bukit Ibam dan Hospital Muadzam Shah, serta Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Temerloh Pahang Darul Makmur. Kemudian melanjutkan pelajaran di peringkat diploma lanjutan, ijazah dan sarjana di beberapa buah universiti dalam bidang sains kesihatan dan pendidikan separa perubatan. Memiliki ijazah Doktor Falsafah dari UPM dengan menjalankan tesis dalam bidang penilaian kurikulum separa perubatan. Pernah bertugas sebagai pengajar di Kolej Pembantu Perubatan Ulu Kinta Perak dan Koordinator Kurikulum di Bahagian Pengurusan Latihan, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Putrajaya. Berpengalaman lebih daripada 10 tahun membangunkan kurikulum separa perubatan di Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia serta menjadi perunding kurikulum separa perubatan di beberapa buah institusi pengajian tinggi awam dan swasta di negara ini. Selain itu juga dilantik sebagai Ahli Panel Penilai Akreditasi oleh Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia dan Lembaga Kelayakkan Malaysia (MQA) dalam bidang Pembantu Perubatan, Paramedik, Sains Kesihatan dan Sains Gunaan
    Served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Started a career as a Medical Assistants at several hospitals under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, including Kuantan Hospital, Bukit Ibam Hospital, and Muadzam Shah Hospital, as well as the Temerloh District Health Office in Pahang Darul Makmur. Pursued advanced studies, earning an advanced diploma, degree, and master`s in health sciences and paramedical education, and completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree from UPM with a thesis on paramedical (emergency medicine) curriculum evaluation. Previously worked as a tutor at the College of Medical Assistants in Ulu Kinta Perak and as a Curriculum Coordinator at the Training Management Division of the Ministry of Health Malaysia in Putrajaya. With over a decade of experience developing paramedical curricula for the Ministry of Health Malaysia, also served as a paramedical curriculum consultant for several public and private higher education institutions in the country. Additionally, appointed as a Member of the Accreditation Assessor Panel by the Malaysian Medical Assistants Board and the Malaysian Qualifications Board (MQA) in the fields of Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Health Sciences, and Applied Sciences.
