   Biografi/ Biography :


  • Faliq Razak holds a Ph.D in Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and currently serves as a Research Fellow with the Institute of Malaysian & International Studies (IKMAS), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Prior to joining IKMAS, UKM, he was attached to a legal firm, teaching at Faculty of Law Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) including attachment at the World Bank Office. Faliq Razak also involves in providing support with consultancy and advisory services matters to the Government of Malaysia, corporations and international organizations such as the World Bank, ASEAN and APEC. Faliq Razak interest in research includes international trade & investment, international economic law and international labour standards. His research focuses on trade and investment in ASEAN, APEC and World Trade Organization (WTO), international economic law, Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) and, trade-related labour standards. In particular, he writes on international trade & investment, international economic law and international labour standards.
