Andika Wahab memegang Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (PhD) dalam Antropologi dan Hubungan Antarabangsa daripada Universiti Kebangaan Malaysia (UKM), dan kini berkhidmat sebagai Felo Penyelidik di Institut Kajian Malaysia dan Antarabangsa (IKMAS), UKM. Bidang penyelidikan beliau merangkumi migrasi antarabangsa, hak asasi manusia dan politik kelestarian dalam disiplin antropologi, hubungan antarabangsa dan sains politik. Beliau merupakan ahli seumur hidup dalam organisasi Global Business and Human Rights Scholars Association (GBHRSA), ahli lembaga pengarah dalam Humana Child Aid Society di Sabah dan merupakan penilai bertauliah bagi pemantauan dan pematuhan piawaian perburuhan antarabangsa menerusi Fair Labor Association (FLA).
Andika Wahab holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Anthropology and International Relations from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and currently the Head of Centre for West Asian Studies and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Malaysian and International Studies (IKMAS), UKM. His research cuts across the fields of transnational migration, human rights and the politics of sustainability, anchored across such academic disciplines as anthropology, international relations, and political science. He is a life time member of the Global Business and Human Rights Scholars Association (GBHRSA), an Executive Committee Member of Humana Child Aid Society, and an accredited monitor to Fair Labor Association (FLA) for international labour standards compliance in supply chains.
