Ahmed Mediani received his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Nutrition from Algeria. He obtained his master and PhD degrees in Food Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is currently serving as University Lecturer in Institute of Systems Biology (INBIOSIS) Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He has published a number of research papers in refereed international journals. His research area is Food Science, Metabolomics and Food chemistry.
