   Biografi/ Biography :


  • Ebrahim Mahmoudi obtained his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2017 Currently, Dr. Mahmoudi is working as a senior lecturer at the National University of Malaysia. Dr. Mahmoudi is doing research in the field of separation and purification using novel polymeric membranes and membrane bioreactors. His research interests are in the area of synthesis and characterization of graphene and graphene-related nanomaterials, and employment of graphene in purification and separation technology, Specifically Novel polymers enhanced using graphene-related materials and their application in various fields including membrane-based separations, waste treatment, Antimicrobial, and Adsorption, using patented graphene coated sand (GSC) and graphene nanocomposites, etc. Dr. Mahmoudi is the author of a few book chapters, more than 70 peer-reviewed publications, 10 conference presentations, 1 published and 1 pending patent and winner of more than 10 awards in international competitions. Dr. Mahmoudi is associated with several international journals as editor and reviewer including Journal of membrane science, Separation and purification technology, Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering, Journal of King Saud University, Journal of Water Process Engineering, and journal of Science and Technology Indonesia.
