Dr Siau Ching Sin ialah Pensyarah Kanan dan penyelidik dalam Program Pendidikan Kesihatan di Program Psikologi Klinikal dan Kesihatan Tingkah Laku dan Pusat Kajian Kesihatan Komuniti, Fakulti Sains Kesihatan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Siau adalah Ahli Jawatankuasa Kerja Kajian Saintifik, WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) di bawah Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. Beliau juga penerima APEC Australian Women in Research Fellowship dan merupakan Felo Penyelidik Pelawat di Pusat Kolaborasi WHO untuk Penyelidikan dan Latihan dalam Pencegahan Bunuh Diri, School of Applied Psychology, Universiti Griffith, Australia. Bidang penyelidikannya ialah bunuh diri, tingkah laku penggunaan tembakau dan vape, serta kepatuhan perubatan.
Dr. Siau Ching Sin is a Senior Lecturer and researcher in the Health Education Programme of the Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Health Programme and the Centre for Community Health Studies, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Siau is a member of the Scientific Research Working Committee, WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. She is also recipient of the APEC Australian Women in Research Fellowship and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Suicide Prevention, School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University, Australia. Her research areas are in suicide, behavioral management of nicotine use disorder, and medication adherence.
