Biografi/ Biography :
Dr. Amirul Faiz Luai received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Lincoln University College (LUC) in 2018. He served as a dental officer with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Malaysia for two years before appointed as a trainee lecturer in September 2021 at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
He pursued postgraduate training in dental public health and was awarded the Master of Science in Dental Public Health (MScDPH) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2021, He later completed his specialist training in Doctor of Dental Public Health (DrDPH) with distinction at the UiTM in 2025. In addition to his clinical and specialist qualifications, Dr. Amirul Faiz was awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Public Health and Policy with distinction from Queen Mary University of London in 2024.
He is currently a lecturer in dental public health at the Department of Family Oral Health, Faculty of Dentistry, UKM. His work focuses on health education, digital technologies in oral health promotion, digital health, artificial intelligence, immersive technology, clinical prevention in dentistry, and health policy.
