   Biografi/ Biography :


  • Dr Elaina Rose Johar is a Senior Lecturer at the Center for Value Creation and Human Well-being, Faculty of Economics and Management, The National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. She successfully obtained her Doctor in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia. Her research interest includes but not limited to Human Resource Management, Organizational Management and Employee Well-being.
