Biografi/ Biography :
Shamsiah completed her PhD in Media and Information Warfare Studies at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Prior to enrolling on her PhD at UiTM, Shamsiah was an Assistant Editor and Journalist for the local magazines that cover social, political and economic issues/domains in Malaysia. She has interests in Media Warfare, Propaganda & Persuasion, Politics, Kansei Engineering, Racial Unity and Social Media. She is also an active member of the Malaysia Association of Kansei Engineering.
