Ts. Dr. Noorayisahbe Binti Mohd Yaacob, kini seorang pensyarah kanan di Fakulti Sains Maklumat & Teknologi, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), di bawah Pusat Teknologi Perisian dan Pengurusan (SOFTAM). Sebelum ini, beliau berkhidmat sebagai pensyarah di jabatan kejuruteraan perisian di Fakulti Institut Teknologi Antarabangsa Malaysia-Jepun, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Beliau memiliki ijazah doktor dari Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). Anugerah “Graduate on Time” (GOT) telah diberikan kepada beliau oleh UTeM kerana menyelesaikan PhD dalam tempoh yang ditentukan. Beliau telah dicalonkan untuk Anugerah Canselor dan Anugerah Tesis Terbaik. Beliau memperoleh ijazah M. Sc. IT melalui penyelidikan berkaitan Kejuruteraan Perisian dan Sistem Kecerdasan dalam Bidang Kejuruteraan Bioperubatan & Teknologi serta ijazah B.Sc. CS dalam Pembangunan Perisian (Kepujian) dari UTeM. Diploma dalam ICT (pengaturcaraan) diperolehi dari Politeknik Seberang Perai. Beliau mempunyai lebih daripada 5 tahun pengalaman bekerja di industri antarabangsa dan sektor pendidikan, termasuk 10 tahun pengalaman sebagai penyelidik. Beliau pernah mengajar di universiti dan sebagai Jurutera Sistem di sebuah syarikat antarabangsa. Beliau memperoleh gelar Professional Technologist (Ts.) Graduate Technologist dari Lembaga Teknologi Malaysia (MBOT) termasuk beberapa pensijilan profesional sebagai Penguji Perisian Bertauliah dari Lembaga Pensijilan Kelayakan Perisian Antarabangsa (ISTQB), Pembangun Oracle dari Oracle Corporation, Berdasarkan Industri dalam PHP, MySQL, Pembangunan HTML5 Mobile, INFOSYS, CompTIA A+, dan lain-lain. Beliau secara aktif terlibat dalam beberapa inisiatif pembangunan produk perisian, memainkan peranan penting dalam pembangunan dan pengekalan produk perisian seperti Sistem Maklumat Klinikal (CIS) dan Rekod Kesihatan Peribadi Elektronik (e-PHR) untuk Pusat Kesihatan UTeM. Beliau adalah pengarang dan penyumbang bersama dalam penerbitan jurnal sains kebangsaan dan antarabangsa termasuk bab buku. Beliau juga me

Dr. Noorayisahbe Binti Mohd Yaacob, currently a senior lecturer at Faculty of Information Science & Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), under the Center for Software Technology and Management (SOFTAM). Previously served as a lecturer in the software engineering department at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology Faculty, University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). She holds a doctoral degree from University
Technical Malaysia Malacca (UTeM). She has been honored with the Graduate on Time (GOT) award from UTeM for completing her PhD within the specified timeframe. She has been nominated for the Chancellor`s Award and the Best Thesis Award from UTeM. She earned her M. Sc. IT degree by research related to Software Engineering and Intelligence Systems in the Biomedical Computing & Technology Engineering area and her B.Sc. CS degree in Software Development (Hons) from UTeM. She obtained her diploma in ICT (Programming) from Seberang Perai Polytechnic. She has worked in the multinational industries and education sectors for more than 5 years, including 10 years of experience as a researcher. She was teaching at universities and as a System Engineer at an international company. She obtained a Professional Technologist (Ts.) Graduate Technologist from the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) including several professional certifications as a Certified Software Tester from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), Oracle Developer from Oracle Corporation, Industry Based in PHP, MySQL, HTML5 Mobile Development, INFOSYS, CompTIA A+, and others. She is actively involved in several software product development initiatives, playing a key role in the development and deployment of software products like Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and electronic Personalized Health Records (e-PHR) for the UTeM Health Center.
