Dr Muhammad Syukri Abdullah adalah seorang Pensyarah Universiti di Pusat Penciptaan Nilai dan Kesejahteraan Insan (INSAN), Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia.
Beliau berjaya memperoleh Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (Perniagaan dan Pengurusan) dari Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Minat penyelidikannya merangkumi pelbagai bidang, termasuk pengurusan sumber manusia, tingkah laku organisasi, pengurusan organisasi, dan kesejahteraan pekerja. Beliau telah menjalankan penyelidikan yang meluas dalam bidang-bidang ini dan terus meneroka sempadan baharu dalam bidang-bidang tersebut.
Perjalanan akademiknya termasuklah memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana Pentadbiran Perniagaan (MBA), BBA Kepujian dalam Pengurusan Sumber Manusia dan Diploma Pengajian Perniagaan dari UiTM, yang memberikan beliau asas yang kukuh dalam prinsip dan amalan perniagaan dan pengurusan. Beliau juga memperoleh Diploma Pascasiswazah dalam Pentadbiran Awam dari Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) Bukit Kiara.Sebelum menyertai UKM, beliau berkhidmat sebagai Pensyarah Kanan di UiTM dan sebagai Penolong Setiausaha di Kementerian Kewangan dari tahun 2018 hingga 2021.
Komitmen Dr. Muhammad Syukri bin Abdullah dalam memajukan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam bidang ekonomi dan pengurusan jelas terlihat melalui penglibatannya yang aktif dalam penyelidikan, pengajaran, dan perkhidmatan awam, menjadikannya aset berharga kepada komuniti akademik dan penyumbang kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sumbangannya melangkaui dunia akademik, kerana beliau secara aktif mengambil bahagian dalam aktiviti awam sosial yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan kesejahteraan insan, ekonomi, dan pendidikan.
Dr Muhammad Syukri Abdullah is a University’s Lecturer at the Center for Value Creation and Human Well-being, Faculty of Economics and Management, The National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia.
He successfully obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (Business and Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. His research interests span a wide range of areas, including human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational management, and employee well-being. He has conducted extensive research in these domains and continues to explore new frontiers in these fields.
His academic journey includes earning a Master Business Administration (MBA), BBA Hons. In Human Resource Management and Diploma Business Studies from UiTM, providing him with a robust foundation in business and management principles and practices. He also obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from The National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) Bukit Kiara. Prior to joining UKM, he served as a Senior Lecturer at UiTM and as an Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Finance from 2018 to 2021.
Dr. Muhammad Syukri bin Abdullah`s commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in economics and management is evident through his active engagement in research, teaching, and public service, positioning him as a valuable asset to the academic community and a contributor to societal well-being. His contributions extend beyond academia, as he actively participates in social public activities aimed at promoting social welfare and education.
