I am a researcher with extensive experience working on high-impact projects with United Nations Children`s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Ministry of Health (MOH), focusing on advancing public health and nutrition outcomes. Over the past ten years, I have built a strong track record of publications in Q1 and Q2 journals, serving as first or corresponding author for peer-reviewed articles, technical papers, book chapters, and books. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring, and have successfully managed multiple research projects from start to finish, including data collection, ethics proposals, technical reporting, manuscript writing, infographic design, and seminar delivery. My experience includes collaborating with colleagues, NGOs, and ministry representatives to ensure smooth project execution and meaningful outcomes. With a solid academic foundation in Microbiology, Microbial Physiology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry (BSc & PhD), I bring both depth and versatility to my work. I am always eager to contribute to collaborative projects that advance research, education, and knowledge sharing. In addition, I am well-versed in in vitro techniques, cellular models, and animal models, as well as conducting nutrition research involving humans, demonstrating my extensive and multidisciplinary research experience.
