Biografi/ Biography :
Ruhanita Maelah merupakan Profesor Madya di Pusat Kajian Tadbir Urus, Keutuhan dan Akauntabiliti, Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Bidang penyelidikan beliau merangkumi perakaunan pengurusan dan prestasi organisasi. Beliau pernah memegang beberapa jawatan pentadbiran di universiti, termasuk Ketua Program Pascasiswazah (PhD), Pengerusi Pusat Pengajian Perakaunan, Ketua Jabatan Perakaunan, dan Ketua Editor Asian Journal of Accounting and Governance. Beliau memiliki Ijazah Doktor Falsafah(PhD) dalam bidang Perakaunan dari Universiti Sains Malaysia, Ijazah Sarjana Pentadbiran Perniagaan (MBA) dari California State University, dan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains (BSc) dalam Perakaunan dari Pennsylvania State University.
Ruhanita Maelah is an Associate Professor at the Centre of Governance Resilience and Accountability, Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her research interests focus on management accounting and organizational performance. She has held several key administrative roles at the university, including Head of the Postgraduate Program (PhD), Chair of the School of Accounting, Head of the Accounting Department, and Chief Editor of the Asian Journal of Accounting and Governance. She holds a PhD in Accounting from Universiti Sains Malaysia, an MBA from California State University, and a BSc in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
