  • PhD dalam bidang Bahan Semikonduktor GaAs, Kajian terkini melibatkan fabrikasi sensor semikonduktor UV, pH, larutan organik berasaskan Si dan oksida logam seperti ZnO, CuO, TiO2 dan lain lain.
