   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Ashinida aladdin is a Associate Professor of Arabic Language Studies and Linguistics at the Faculty of social Sciences and Humanities, UKM. She graduated from Faculte de Lettres, Universite Muhammad el-Khamis, Rabat Morocco in Arabic Linguistics. She obtained her Master in Modern Language Studies (Arabic Language and Linguistics), University of Malaya. She completed her PhD is Arabic Language Studies at University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. Her research interest area includes teaching Arabic as a second language, educational psychology in second language learning, Arabic pragmatics, semantics and grammar and also translation. She also involved in research related to women empowerment with the Minsitry of Women. She actively presenting research papers in conferences at national and international level. She is appointed as a reviewer for national and international journal in her area of expertise.
