Biografi/ Biography :
🧫🧬`Joined ACADEMIA (2007) with ZERO SV-backed projects, publications & citations. Since 2002, the TOR (Research Engineer@UTMalaysia) has been purely on engineering research/consultation-based projects with specific NDA technical reports (ZERO AWARENESS on publishing scientific articles). Unlike ACADEMICS, Engineers silently solve/fix things creatively (none of that matters to them). Works out proudly on his baseline, bottom-up. NEVER WILL be an OPPORTUNIST & SHAMELESS HITCHHIKER` 🧬🧫 Saiful Irwan Zubairi is a board-certified Professional Technologist (Food Technology) and Associate Professor in Food Bioprocessing and Biomaterial at the Department of Food Sciences, Faculty of Science & Technology (FST), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He has held this position since 2020 📌 He has been employed in public service under a pensionable scheme since 2002 at UTMalaysia, and currently serves in ACADEMIA@UKMalaysia, with a total service tenure of 273 months (22 years, 09 months as of 08/25) 📌 Recently, he was appointed as an Academy Mentor of Clarivate Web of Science™️ Reviewer Recognition Services 📌 Saiful is an editorial board member (review editor/reviewer panel) for Bentham Science`s Web of Science™️-JCR indexed journals, including Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems (Q2 2023 IF: 3.700 - WOS & Scopus), Journal of Pure and Applied Microbiology (JPAM) (Q4 2023 IF: 0.400 - WOS & Scopus), Modern Phytomorphology (Q4 2023 IF: 0.400 - WOS), and Journal of Agricultural Studies (AGRIS/ERA), since 2020 📌 He has served as an Assistant Dean/Head of Student Affairs & Alumni at the Faculty of Science & Technology, UKM, and as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Bioproduct Development (UTM) & Advanced Medical & Dental Institute (USM) 📌 Saiful received his B.Eng. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering (Bioprocess) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2002 and his M.Eng. (Bioprocess) from UTM in 2006 📌 He earned his Ph.D/DIC in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College in 2013.
