   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Norshaffika Izzaty is currently a lecturer at the Centre for Psychology and Human Well-being, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia. She earned her Bachelor of Science Science Honours in Psychology in 2009, Master of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2011 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She also received her PhD in Psychology from Cardiff University in 2020. Norshaffika specializes in industrial and organizational psychology, specifically in training and well-being fields. Her research focuses on the positive and negative attitudes of training (motivation to learn, learning, transfer intention and cognitive dissonance), psycho-social factors and its relation to well-being among students and organizational workers.
