   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Dr. Lee has a polymer chemistry background and his main research is polymer electrolyte, electrode, and nanomaterials for energy storage. Currently, he is involved in several battery projects (as well as dye-sensitized solar cell research) and teaching. Being an independent, dynamic, responsible, self-motivated, initiative and hard-working person, he is able to work independently in competitive environments and also within a team setting. He adopts never give up attitude and willing to learn, develop new skills and take up new challenges. Moreover, he has wide international exposure in research at Uppsala Universitet, Sweden, Japan Advanced Institute Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan, Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco and Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, (GIST), South Korea during my study period. He also has the opportunity to meet Prof. Dr. M. Stanley Whittingham (recipient for The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2020). On the academic perspective, he has a good number of publications in international and well-known journals. He also has experience in setting up a battery lab-scale as well as successfully obtained several fundings and grants as co-author. Notwithstanding, he received several awards and honors. The lastest is the "Merdeka Award Grant 2018", one of the most prestigious awards in Malaysia.
