  • Dr Nadzirah Rosli is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. She obtained her PhD from University Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interest is in consumer behavior, service marketing and branding.
