Dr Nadzirah Rosli is a Senior Lecturer at the Center for Value Creation and Human Well-being, Faculty of Economics and Management, National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. She obtained her PhD from University Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interest is in consumer behavior, service marketing and branding.
