  • Memiliki Diploma dalam bidang Perdagangan Antara Bangsa dari Kolej Agama Sultan Zainal Abidin, Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan dari UIA, Diploma Perguruan Lepasan Ijazah dari Maktab Teknik, Sarjana Pentadbiran Pendidikan dari UKM, dan Ijazah Doktor Falsafah juga dari UKM. Mula berkhidmat sebagai guru di SMK Damansara Utama dari tahun1995 hingga 1999. Kemudian di SMK Jalan Tiga dan SMK Jalan Empat dari tahun 1999 hingga 2005. Berkhidmat di Bahagian Perancangan dan Penyelidikan Dasar Pendidikan, Komenterian Pendidikan Malaysia pada tahun 2009 hingga 2018 setelah menamatkan pengajian di peringkat Ijazah Doktor Falsafah sebagai Penolong Pengarah di Sektor Penyelidikan dan Penilaian. Memulakan perkhidmatan sebagai Pensyarah Kanan di UKM dari tahun 2018 hingga sekarang. Berpengalaman mengajar mata pelajaran Perdagangan, Prinsip Akaun, dan Kemahiran Hidup Bersepadu semasa berkhidmat sebagai guru dan mengajar kursus pengurusan dan kepimpinan pendidikan semasa di UKM sebagai ahli Pusat Kajian Kepimpinan dan Polisi Pendidikan. Kajian mengkhusus kepada bidang pentadbiran dan nilai-nilai murni termasuk untuk perpaduan dan integriti.
    Has a Diploma in International Trade from the Sultan Zainal Abidin College of Religion, a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration from UIA, a Post-Graduate Teaching Diploma from the Technical College, a Master`s in Educational Administration from UKM, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree also from UKM. Started working as a teacher at SMK Damansara Utama from 1995 to 1999. Then at SMK Jalan Tiga and SMK Jalan Empat from 1999 to 2005. Served in the Education Policy Planning and Research Division, Commentary on Education Malaysia in 2009 to 2018 after graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy degree as Assistant Director in the Research and Evaluation Sector. Started serving as a Senior Lecturer at UKM from 2018 to now. Experienced in teaching Commerce, Principles of Accounts, and Integrated Life Skills while serving as a teacher and teaching education management and leadership courses while at UKM as a member of the Center for Leadership and Education Policy Studies. The study specializes in the field of administration and noble values ​​including for unity and integrity.
