   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Our research group focuses on the application of metabolomics in natural products and foods. Our research interest includes on utilizing metabolomics as a tool to identify and biotechnologically optimize the production of bioactive secondary metabolites in fermented foods, medicinal plants, mushrooms, and microorganisms. We would like to understand and harness these bioactive secondary metabolites by studying the chemical structures and its functions via integrating metabolomics with other multi-omics platforms to gain the new insight of various biological systems.
