Biografi/ Biography :
Hazura Mohamed ialah Pensyarah Kanan di Pusat Teknologi dan Pengurusan Perisian (SOFTAM), Fakulti Teknologi dan Sains Maklumat, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Beliau memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Matematik dan Ijazah Sarjana dalam Peningkatan Kualiti dan Produktiviti dari UKM, serta Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D.) dalam bidang Matematik dari Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Bidang kepakaran dan penyelidikan beliau merangkumi analitik data, pemodelan dan penilaian model, sistem sokongan keputusan, serta teknologi pendidikan. Fokus penyelidikan beliau adalah kepada pembangunan dan penilaian model berasaskan data bagi menyokong reka bentuk teknologi pendidikan yang berkesan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan keberkesanan pembelajaran.
Beliau berpengalaman dalam mengaplikasikan kaedah Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), khususnya Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), dalam pembangunan dan penilaian model bagi kajian sistem maklumat dan teknologi pembelajaran. Selain itu, beliau turut terlibat dalam pembangunan dan pengesahan instrumen kajian serta analisis kepuasan pengguna dan kualiti perkhidmatan elektronik.
Sepanjang kerjaya akademik, beliau telah menerbitkan penulisan dalam jurnal berindeks (ISI/Scopus) serta berjaya memperoleh pelbagai geran penyelidikan, termasuk Geran Skim Penyelidikan Fundamental (FRGS), Geran Universiti (GUP), dan Geran Dana Transformasi Komuniti. Beliau juga aktif sebagai penyelia pelajar dan terlibat dalam pengajaran dalam bidang analitik data.
Hazura Mohamed is a Senior Lecturer at the Center for Software Technology and Management (SOFTAM), Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity Improvement from UKM, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Her areas of expertise and research include data analytics, model development and evaluation, decision support systems, and educational technology. Her research focuses on the development and evaluation of data-driven models to support the design of effective educational technologies, particularly in enhancing user experience and learning effectiveness.
She has experience in applying Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, particularly Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), in the development and evaluation of models for information systems and educational technology studies. She is also involved in instrument development and validation, as well as user satisfaction and e-service quality analysis.
Throughout her academic career, she has published in indexed journals (ISI/Scopus) and successfully secured various research grants, including the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), University Research Grant (GUP), and Community Transformation Grant. She is also active in supervising students and teaching in the areas of data analytics.
