Biografi/ Biography :
ZALEHA YAZID, PhD is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She currently serves as the Deputy Director for Graduate Employability & Networking at the UKM Career Advancement Centre (UKM-Karier). She is also an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and has conducted training with various government agencies and private organizations. In addition, she is also an Apple Teacher and Google Certified Educator. She actively supervises PhD research students, and her research interests include organizational management, leadership, project team dynamics, with a particular focus on qualitative research approaches.
