ZALEHA YAZID, PhD is an associate professor and the Assistant Dean (Teaching & CITRA) at
the Faculty of Economics and Management, UKM. She is also a certified Apple teacher. Her research interest is in organizational management, leadership, project team dynamics and qualitative research approach.
