Siti Fardaniah Abdul Aziz merupakan Pensyarah Universiti di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia /UKM (National University of Malaysia). Beliau kini memegang jawatan kepimpinan sebagai Penyelaras Kluster Penyelidikan dan Duta Harta Intelek di Fakulti Sains Sosial dan Kemanusiaan, UKM. Beliau mempunyai PhD., MSc., dan BSc. dalam bidang pengajian Pembangunan Sumber Manusia dan telah terlibat sebagai ahli akademik lebih daripada 15 tahun. Beliau telah dianugerahkan Anugerah Wanita Cemerlang dalam Pengurusan (2017) oleh Venus International Foundation, sebuah badan NGO antarabangsa. Beliau juga pernah menerima Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang oleh UKM pada 2015 dan Anugerah Pelajar Penyelidikan Cemerlang oleh UPM pada 2013. Beliau telah menulis lebih daripada 50 penerbitan termasuk buku, artikel majalah, modul pembelajaran, dan artikel jurnal yang diindeks dalam WOS Q1-Q2, SCOPUS, ERA dan jurnal berindeks tinggi yang lain. Beliau juga telah mendaftarkan lebih daripada 20 hak cipta harta intelek termasuk modul pembelajaran, instrumen dan sistem komputer yang berkaitan dengan bidang pengajian Pembangunan Sumber Manusia. Beliau juga telah mengetuai lebih daripada 5 geran penyelidikan dalam tempoh 5 tahun. Beliau juga aktif dalam pengajaran, penyeliaan, khidmat sosial, penulisan akademik, latihan, perundingan dan penyelidikan. Beliau kini mengajar subjek siswazah berkaitan metodologi kajian dan penulisan akademik, serta subjek prasiswazah berkaitan pengurusan latihan. Manakala kepakaran beliau adalah berkaitan dengan bidang pengajian Pengurusan (Pengurusan Organisasi & Pengurusan/Pembangunan Sumber Manusia), terutamanya dalam Reka Bentuk, Penilaian, Pengurusan, dan Keberkesanan Latihan Pekerja, serta Pembangunan Instrumen Kajian Sains Sosial dan Analisis Data SEM-AMOS.

Siti Fardaniah Abdul Aziz is a University Lecturer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia /UKM (National University of Malaysia). She is now holding leadership positions as Coordinator of Research Cluster and Intellectual Property Ambassador at Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities, UKM. She had her PhD., MSc., and BSc. in Human Resource Development field of study and has been involved as academics for more than 15 years. She was awarded the Outstanding Women in Management Award (2017) by Venus International Foundation, an international body of NGO. She had also received an Excellent Service Award by UKM in 2015 and Outstanding Research Student Award by UPM in 2013. She has written more than 50 publications including books, magazine articles, learning modules, and journal articles indexed in WOS Q1-Q2, SCOPUS, ERA and other high indexed journals. She had also registered more than 20 copyrights of intellectual property including learning modules, instruments, and computer systems related to the Human Resource Development field of study. She had also led more than 5 research grants within 5 years. She is also active in teaching, supervision, social services, academic writing, training, consultation, and research. She currently teaches graduate subjects related to research methodology and academic writing, as well as undergraduate subjects related to training management. Meanwhile, her expertise is related to the area of Management (Management & Human Resource Management/Development), especially in Employee Training Design, Evaluation, Management and Effectiveness, as well as the Development of Social Science Research Instruments and SEM-AMOS Data Analysis.
