Norhafizah Abu Hasan (PhD) telah menamatkan pengajian dalam bidang pengurusan menjurus dalam bakat dan pengetahuan pekerja. Tumpuan bidang kajian lebih kepada pemerkasaan pengurusan sumber manusia melihat kepada amalan pengurusan bakat para pekerja dalam organisasi perniagaan. Kajian PhD beliau telah melihat amalan pengurusan bakat dalam perusahaan kecil dan sederhana di Malaysia. Terkini, beliau melihat amalan pengurusan bakat dan kepentingannya dalam menggilap ciri-ciri kepimpinan. Beliau juga sedang menyediakan modul pembangunan bakat kepimpinan pelajar bagi membantu membentuk lapisan pemimpin masa depan negara yang berintegriti dan amanah. Kajian terdahulu mencakupi bidang amalan pengurusan bakat dan pengetahuan, komunikasi dalam organisasi perniagaan, pengurusan sumber manusia strategik, pengurusan bakat dalam e-sukan di Malaysia serta pembentukan nilai-nilai murni menerusi amalan pengurusan bakat.
Norhafizah Abu Hasan (PhD) has completed her studies in business management focusing on talent and knowledge management. Her research area is more on the empowerment of human resource management looking at talent management practices in business organizations. Her PhD research has looked at talent management practices in small and medium enterprises in Malaysia. Recently, she explored talent management practices and leadership characteristics through one student leadership talent development module in order to nurture the nation`s future leaders with great values. Previous studies cover the areas of talent and knowledge management practices, business communication, strategic human resource management, talent management in e-sports in Malaysia. To date, her work is related to talent management in halal industry in Malaysia.
