Transformasi Sosial dan Ekonomi,
Pensyarah di Fakulti Pendidikan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) dengan kepakaran dalam bidang Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak, khususnya dalam aspek perkembangan sosioemosi serta pendidikan awal untuk kanak-kanak berkeperluan khas. Penyelidikan yang dijalankan memberi tumpuan kepada isu-isu perkembangan holistik kanak-kanak, intervensi awal, dan pendekatan pedagogi inklusif yang menyokong keperluan pembelajaran pelbagai latar belakang. Bidang pengajaran meliputi kursus berkaitan perkembangan kanak-kanak, pedagogi awal, serta ekuiti dan diversiti dalam pendidikan awal kanak-kanak. Selain itu, turut aktif terlibat dalam pembangunan kurikulum, penghasilan modul pendidikan inovatif, serta pelaksanaan program latihan guru bagi memperkukuh kualiti pendidikan awal kanak-kanak di Malaysia.
Lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), with expertise in Early Childhood Education, particularly in social-emotional development and early education for children with special needs. Research interests focus on holistic child development, early intervention, and inclusive pedagogical approaches that address the diverse learning needs of young children. Teaching responsibilities include courses on child development, early pedagogy, and equity and diversity in early childhood education. In addition, actively engaged in curriculum development, the design of innovative educational modules, and teacher training programs aimed at strengthening the quality of early childhood education in Malaysia.
