   Biografi/ Biography :

  • Dr. Rasidah Arshad is an associate professor in the Faculty of Economics and Management, UKM with more than 25 years of experience in teaching and research. Dr Rasidah started her career as a lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia in 1992. She later joined the Faculty of Management, UKM in 1996 as a lecturer in Management and Organizational Behavior, and then as an Associate professor at UKM-Graduate School of Business in 2009-2015. Dr Rasidah obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Cum Laude) and MBA from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA. She obtained her PhD in 2006 from Manchester University, United Kingdom in the area of organizational behavior. Her research interests are organizational behaviors especially on issues in positive psychology such as employee engagement, commitment, OCB, psychological contract, and counter-productive behaviours such as workplace deviance, incivility, knowledge hiding and bullying. She has been actively working on research and supervising PhD students on those areas, and has published her works in reputable journals such as Journal of Managerial Psychology, International journal of Human Resource management and Personnel Review. Editorially, she has served as Managing Editor for Jurnal Pengurusan since 2015. Dr Rasidah was the head of Centre for Human Resource Studies (CHREST), and is currently a member of Center for Value Creation and Human Well-being Studies, a research center under the Faculty of Economics and Management, UKM
