Dr. Hasnah is a senior researcher at Centre of Healthy Ageing and Wellness, Faculty of Health Sciences, The National University of Malaysia (UKM). Her specialization includes Food analysis, Soy and health, Stable isotopes usage in bone health and Food Safety. She has obtained the fellowship from International Atomic Energy Agency for calcium absorption study using stable isotopes at Cornell University, USA. She also received the UKM Young Researcher Fellowship for attachment at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Centre Research, Seattle, USA. She is the Malaysia representative for Asia Pacific Food Analysis Network, a member in the technical working group of Malaysian Food Composition Database (2011-present), Recommended Nutrient Intake (2015 – 2019) and Malaysia Dietary Guidelines (2019-present). She is also a life member of Nutrition Society of Malaysia and ordinary member of Malaysia Food Institute and Technology. Expertise: Food Composition Analysis, Soy and Health and Food Safety
