   Biografi/ Biography :

  • NOOR-SOFFALINA SOFIAN-SENG, PhD, merupakan seorang pensyarah Program Sains Makanan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Berkelulusan ijazah Doktor Falsafah dari Massey University, New Zealand. Mempunyai kepakaran dalam bidang sains makanan khususnya dalam hidrokoloid dan emulsi makanan. Bergiat aktif dalam melakukan kajian dalam bidang sains dan teknologi makanan yang berteraskan kepada ingredien berfungsi.
