   Biografi :
  • DR LIM SENG JOE, seorang Pensyarah Kanan di Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, mempunyai kepakaran dalam bidang makanan dan ingredien berfungsi. Penerima Erasmus Mundus Project ALFABET Award, yang menaja sangkutan pascadoktoral di University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), Vienna, Austria. Dijemput ke Prince of Songkla University, Thailand, sebagai Profesor Pelawat, dan juga menerima Elsevier Outstanding Reviewer Award by Food Chemistry pada 2016 dan 2018, atas sumbangan sebagai pewasit cemerlang. Bergiat aktif sebagai ahli dan pakar rujuk dalam pelbagai jawatankuasa dan badan kebangsaan, termasuk sebagai Council Member untuk Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT), Affiliate kepada Young Scientist Network (YSN), sebuah badan di bawah naungan Akademi Sains Malaysia (ASM), Ahli Jawatankuasa Codex Kebangsaan (JCK) dan juga Jawatankuasa Kecil Codex Kebangsaan Methods and Sampling (JKCK MAS). Pernah menerima Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (2017) dan memenangi pelbagai pertandingan berkaitan penyelidikan dan inovasi, serta pengajaran dan pembelajaran, termasuk K-novasi P&P UKM (2017, 2019), R-Challenge Day FST, UKM, dan The 1st International Malaysia-Indonesia-Thailand Symposium on Innovation and Creativity (IMITSIC2017).
