   Biografi :
  • Dr. Nurul-Azza Abdullah, CPsycol is an experienced Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with a Chartered Membership with the British Psychology Society. Prior to working with National University of Malaysia for the past 2 years, Dr. Nurul-Azza has extensive applied experience in the corporate world as a senior consultant in one of the Big-5 consulting firm working with major fortune 500 companies in Malaysia and Asia. This extensive experience has given her advantages in applying psychology at the workplace quite thoroughly. After finishing PhD in Social Sciences (Psychology) in University of Selangor, Dr Nurul-Azza shifted her attention to the academic world with the target of sharing the applied knowledge to the next generation. Now, working as a lecturer in National University of Malaysia, her research interests are human performance, productivity, effectiveness and efficiency, with most of her publications are linked to those interest. She also has interest in emotional intelligence, conflict management, career development and organizational development. With these interest, Dr. Nurul-Azza continues to explore and share the findings in ensuring the performance, productivity and efficiency of individuals are at a healthy level.
